This, like the famous Zombie survival club, of which I am a member of, and proud to be, is about survival. However.

Thos focuses more on humans. Not Zombies. You have to see how you will filter water, get supplies, find shelter or what not, do what you can, and also see how you can defend yourself.

The rules are like the Zombie survival club.
-I will give you a scenario, and you must devise a LEGIT plan to survive, and not just go, Hey yall I'd like to join your club or do some other stupid thing like that.
- No flaming other people, but crticism is a good thing. We want you to expand your mind, and this may actualyl pepare you for something. Because there has been disasters, such as in Haiti, but also after some great war or during a war, like in Japan after the fall of the Imperial powers in world war 2, you will have to know how to fight off looters, get supplies, and it may actually help you.
Not saying the zombie Survival club won't help you, but we haven't seen anything close to a zombie besides Human Rabies.

-Once you are a member, and there has been at least 4 responses that include a decent plan to the scenario (at least 4, can have more) Then feel free to start a new scenario. This is something I wantedi n the Zombie survival club, as im tired of people's scenario's,. who had pretty good ones, being tramped over by a bunch of noob spammer's or someone who just plopped their scenario over it.
So this is how Im dealing with it.

-Also, if you spam, flame, or jsut be a total troll to someone, I will personally boot you out of the club, get a moderator, and make your eyeballs be used to be put into tourists drinks. So if you honestly like to do any of those things, I have no patiance with you.

-Criticism, as long as its constructive, helpful, is welcome. We don't want "your plan sucks ballsack"
We want "You need to revise this, or basically your plan sucks ballsack."

Now, if there is ANY qeustions, refer to me about things, and I will hopefulyl answer them. I go offline and online in static periods, as I am busy often, and I try to spare my time for this.

SO HERE IS THE FIRST SCENARIO!!!!!
There is a large Earthqauke, and afterwards, a neighbouring country attacks you. You are in a small city in eastern europe. Here is the map of it.
http://prague.ic.cz/prague-map.gif

most of the buildings along St.Mesto and Nove Mesto are collasped or collasping. And there is looters coming in from Wilsonova. The looters are on Motor Bikes, and armed with pipes, pistols, and chains.

The Invading army, is armed with AN 94's, has basic frag grenades on them, and all their weapons have laser pointers. They also have 4 large tanks, T-90's, and 600 troops
They are splti up into two groups, one group attacking from the Vltava river and the rest attacking from the North East corner. You, are located on the map in the Ressolva stret, bottom of map. Your house has collasped, but you have no family members in this city. You managed to grab a broken stop sign , and it is about a metere long with a hexagonal stop sign at the end. You are in jeans and a t shirt with a trench coat, no hat.

Now then. You have no food, water, and your covered in dust. So what do you do?

Alright leo, the fact that you came, and posted a comment like that, is RETARDED! You had ntohing to say that relavnt to the club, and To be honest, the ZCS doesn't have that many members.

In regards to the scenario. I can't see the map....

But I'll try my best.

I would say finding a nice little hide out around amoungst some of the rubble would be a nice spot to hide for a while. If you are covered by building peices, the army isn't gonna shoot you, and if you get the jump on a few looters, you should win fairly easliy.

NOw for the stop sign. I would take the sign part off, leaving me with just a pole. The sign would not let you swing it quickly, due to air resistance. Isntead, Iwould use the holes in the sign (from the screws) And use cloth or rope (whatever I have) And tie the sign to my wrist. You now have a sheild against pipes/chains.

I wouldn't tihnk an invading country would Try and kill civilianze after the attack. SO If you could live that long, find them, and pledge loyalty to them. They should haelp you form there....

I think that the shield thing is a bad idea; it's cumbersome and pretty useless against firearms.
I would rather hide between dead bodies, to find an escape route with the fall of night.

Well I didn't exactly say it was going to protect you against The millitary. Becuse you should obviously try and go the other way form them. If any looters (who are not all that well armed) Come after you, A small sheild is better then getting your face wrecked, right?

Well, this sounds like a nice club. I'll try my best for all of the scenarios.

This one is pretty cut and dry. Get the hell out of dodge. In this scenario, staying is essentially committing suicide, as looters and the army will kill you first chance they get.

The best way to survive, at least from my perspective, is to become a looter yourself, or at least appear that way. Pick up anything that might look dangerous, and in this type of scenario, try to find survivors with the same intent. If we appear to be a semi-large group of looters, other looters (at least some) will stay away and go their own murderous paths.

I would travel, alone or with a group, doesn't matter, as far south as I can. Cities don't go forever, and no matter which way you go, your going out. Cities can be crossed in a day or so on foot, two with heavy terrain such as this. A gallon of water would be sufficient. I would pick up any weapons I can, but I'll stay light. I'll have to break off the sign part of the stop sign, and use the pole as a defensive weapon.

And, of course, STAY THE FUZNUT AWAY FROM THE ARMY.

I agree with the get out of town plan, especially with the invading army, we all know what an invading armies' hobbies tend to include. I'd follow the river south, the river offers water (maybe not the cleanest but better than nothing) and the river obviously has to lead somewhere. With this being eastern Europe I'd assume there are mountains/forests nearby so I'd head to them if the fighting is severe. With one army already invading the local one can't be too far behind, so the mountains are a good bet. When there I would try to figure out where the nearest U.S. embassy is and make my way there, either that or an airport or seaport, somewhere that can, at least certain parts of, be considered international or have U.S., British, or what have you government or corporate staff there. I like skater_kid's plan with the stop sign shield and the pole itself could be useful if for nothing else than a walking stick or as an extension of my arm. But, basically, follow the river. What city is this, that information could help.

Prague. This is the city of Prague. But I ment the map to jsut be for the city. But k. Basically what we have, through msot of the posts, is follow the river. Good. The River offers water, and there will probably be villages.
A Important note. I did not say any of you were American or British citzens in this. You are residents of this nation.

One problem with Skater's plan. The invaders do nto give a crap about you or pledgingf loyalty, or killing Civilians. They will shoot people on sight. It is shoot first, ask qeustiosn later. now Prague has dense forests to the south, and a bit of Marshland. The Carpathians are also further south. However. How will you obtain food? you have at least 5 days to get food, before you becoem too weak to do anything ( you won't die from 5 days, but you'll become very weak, and that'll kill you basically.)

Note this too. Not everyone is going to trust you. So be careful of how you interact with people.
Im basing this on my experience in the army, when I was part of the Invasion of Haiti, we shot anyone who got in our sights. We did not care about who was shot. To us they were all enemies. And im nto going into the details of that, but just realize, the soldiers are trained to kill you. They've been training for motnhs to kill every last citzen of your nation. So yeah. But good respones, and I declare them valid, with the exceptions of Skater's Pledge of Loyalty thing to the invaders. not only that, if you do that, the other local people will not have anything to do with you. They will hate you and kill you on sight as well.

But k. I will post the new map of whats south after this post.

This is what you encounter if you headed south. What do you do now?

Sorry about that. Heres the real link to it.

Now then. if that didn't work. you would encounter bits of Farmlands, and woodland. There is lots of hills, and tiresome to walk > But say you stumble upon a farm Your nation isd in a act of war also, and you Prague has fallen. There is now Helicopter patrols in the countryside. Now devise a plan to get past them.

Elicopter patrol are not the best thing to search for a single man, so I would move alone, and try to grab some dark colored clothes and maybe some branches, and night time, I would crawl my way under them, hitting the dust evry time I heard an helicopter.

A farm? Well that puts the odds towards us dont you think?

I would go through the forest and follow it until it reaches the farm.(farms have those stables for animals right?). I would go into the stable and wait until the patrols pass, or until i have caught my breath. I will pick up a useful tool, machete, axe, or hammer. I will then try to get to know the farmer in the house. If they are asleep I would steal some food. If they greet me well I'd ask for food, compass, map, maybe some farmer clothes, boots, gloves, then tell them i must go, if they try to hurt me I would kill them and take it myself. I will then head into the forest.....

Well, if at all possible, try to reason with the farmers. They might need some help and be willing to say I'm a cousin or something for doing things they need done, but that is unlikely, especially in a warzone.
First I would go to the farm and try to find a weapon of some sort, hey, I want to be able to defend myself if worse comes to worse, and an axe or something like that would do brilliantly. Being a farm, I can determine I could steal a few eggs or animal feed and use that for food for a few days. Not exactly four star, but we take what we can get.
With the axe and acceptable food I would want to head for the woodlands. I couldn't see the map so I'm going to assume that they are at least partially hilly which is in my best interest. The trees hide me from helicopters and the soldiers will most likely stick to the roads, especially if their moving with armor. Helicopters are only a real threat if they know what they are looking for so I would just stay low and out of sight. My best bet is to continue moving, putting as much distance between me and the invading force as possible. At this point distance is my friend and I want to cross the southern border and then head west.

Helicopters are very loud, and easy to hear from half a mile off. I'd just need to drop down on my back to hide, under any trees. Forests are near impossible to search.

I would head north, though, seeing as there's bad stuff south. But whichever way I go, I'm going to go through the same dangers, so it doesn't matter.

Seems interesting, I'll try my hand at it...

First off, I would scavenge anything I could out off the rubble of my house, since the river doesn't seem too far off from my house I would quickly fill some containers with water. Make sure to add some more dust to my clothing to blend in. Since the army is bound to clear out the main streets first I would quickly head south towards the woodlands using back alleys and side streets (bound to know many being a resident of the city) along the way I'd raid abandoned houses for food and clothing(depending on climate) once I hit the woodlands I'd get rid of as much dust as possible, and add some dirt and grass to blend since helicopter are very loud the second I heard one I'd hide under some trees/shrubs. Oh and as a not avoid all large groups and other people while in the city and sleep with one eye open.

Good responses. However, one thing as well, that you can add to the mix. If your going through the Farms, and there is farmers there, you can (and you are) probably against the Invading army. You could lie that your a Geurilla, aiming to take down the invading army, but you could use some help. So, you can use the current events, to help your survival rate. So remember, you need to take everything in perspective.

Now then. I will continue my Scenario, as 4 responses came to it.

You manage to get into a dep marshland. However, there is now Geurilla's and the Invading army, and they are now battling each other constantly. The Geurilla's are using AK 103's, and the Army, again AN 94's with lazer sights.

You msut figure a way to get past them. And the Geurilla's will nto be trusting of you right away. If you do plan to help them, you msut do it VERY visibly, and make sure they see it. otherwise they'll jsut label you a traitor or coward, and shoot you.
