Communism has succeeded in many places though in terms of progressive changes.
For example, Chile under Allende, Yugoslavia, Cuba, Haiti under Artiside.
The Soviet Union was able to double the life expectancy as well as eliminate illiteracy in its peasant population. It was also able to grant free education, health care, and housing. Things have actually gone downhill since the USSR collapsed.
Please, take a look at the site for the Communist Party of USA and compare it to the Nazi one. You tell me if you think Communists are more evil.

Communists, on the other hand are somewhat shaddy, and people don't hear many negative things about them except for North Korea and Cuba, making it easier for people to be convinced to join the Communist party. Besides now a days the Nazi party is runned by rascist extremists who don't know how to rally people together, so unless Hitler comes back from the grave, I'm not worried.

Nationalism, one strong political party, no more coinciding wings of government, sure I wouldn't be able to speak out against the state, or have radical idea, but I never do that wouldn't affect me. I cvould work for the government and be rewarded for my positive attitud towrds that government, in a way, I could easily live life an not be burdened by the economy or anyone that had ideas that were against mine. Of course though I would rather have a republician society where things would stay conservative, economically powerful.

I've had an interview with a woman who actually lived in Soviet Russia since the 20's up until Stalin's death, and she has seen the deaths of people that have lived in her viallge, and the atrocities that the KGB has commited. Also, these deaths arn't only Genocide, they also count the killings of POW's (From different nations, not just Nazi Germany)

LOL. The right wing estimate is 20-30 million. Which I personally believe itself is vastly exaggerated and comes from shit sources like Robert Conquest. Only the fascist Solzhenitsyn would attribute 60 million deaths to Stalin. (He even blamed WW2 on Stalin).
Why is Hitler only given the deaths of the Jews? He killed much more people in death squads. And why is the people he killed in WW2 not count? The 22 million Russians (10-12 million or so being civilians), 10 million German, a few more million French...etc for a total of 60 million.

So right, Stalin killed 2 people OUT OF EVERY FAMILY. And yet there are still 140 million Russians today. And yet, Russians vote him in 3rd place for "Greatest Hero of Russia". Amazing.
So you talked to a 89 year old Russian women who personally saw all the crimes of Stalin? If Stalin personally eliminated her whole village she wouldn't be able to tell you 60 million people died. What a useless argument.
