I also like the Steve Miller Band, Dead or Alive, Robert Palmer (if he counts as a band), Steely Dan (if their songs were a bit shorter)...just to name a few.

I love Paramore! I'm getting more into heavier stuff. I listen to tons of different stuff. I guess I can't name a specific band but I like 102.9 (usual pop/ rock. Popular stuff) and 107.9 (Heavy Rock) These are both in Iowa. Oh, and I also love Spoon, it's awesome.

Gorillaz or All American Rejects they're.... different

Steely Dan and Yes compete for my third favorite. Both bands have cool lyrics, and their music is so well-engineered that it almost seems like they're cheating the laws of physics. Also, they both have amazing technical skill going for them.

You'll never think of music the same again after listening to South Side of the Sky and Deacon Blues. Aja, King of the World, Heart of the Sunrise, and Close to the Edge are good too.
