A lateral thinking puzzle is a puzzle where you have to think outside the box, and think of anything possible. In this thread I will give lateral thinking puzzles and you have to answer them. Every so often I will give a hint. I will keep score of the winners, and no using google, plz don't, it spoils the fun.
To figure out the answers, there may be a certain amount of yes or no questions for each one, and 1 or 2 hints for each one.
First Puzzle:
Jack and Jill were laying on the floor dead. The only things in the room were a broken bowl, and a puddle of water.
They had to sew his head back on since he was executed

Actually this one I changed because I forgot the year and country the duke was.
Next Riddle: [i]Mr. Jones read an article titled "Holiday Accident" It said that Mrs. Brown died from falling off the balcony of her 9th floor room. After reading this, Mr. Jones said "That wasn't an accident, that was murder." How did he know?
