Not chicken bone marrow. It doesn't taste too bad, actually. I've never tried other bone marrows though. Never really bothered to eat beef right off the bone
Chicken bones are too small to get the whole experience, try it with a turkey leg or something similar.
What's that white stuff near the bun? Looks like mayo. Eww.
I wonder if it is stil called a burger if there is no meat in it.
Well, a garden burger is still technically a burger, so I think the only thing it needs to be classified as a burger is some kind of patty. The buns aren't even in the classification.

If it's not made with buns, it becomes a regular sandwich rather than a burger...
1. A sandwich consisting of a bun, a cooked beef patty, and often other ingredients such as cheese, onion slices, lettuce, or condiments. Often used in combination: a cheeseburger. 2. A similar sandwich with a nonbeef filling. Often used in combination: a crab burger; a tofu burger.
What about those Atkins burgers with the lettuce "buns"? That isn't a burger?
Like this? Uhm... That's a speshul kind of burger substitute, in my opinion. Salad sandwich. The only thing making it slightly burgerlike is the patty and round shape?
