Firstly, here is my opinion. I think the Bible is hypocritical because of the things mentioned in it. Let me support my argument:
1. In the Genesis, Adam and Eve were the first human beings. Than they had kids. And these kids married and had other kids. So aren't we the result of incest? If Adam and Eve were real we'd be brothers and sisters. And we're marrying our siblings! But isn't the bible against incest?
I also think the bible is a bit mysognistic.
This is because:
Adam was created FIRST. Therefore Man was created first. Eve was just part of his rib! So woman are just a small part of man. Without man, there is no woman. And it was Eve that was tricked by the snake in the first place to eat the apple! It was Adam who tried to resist Eve pleads to eat the apple but he did. So it was woman who persuaded the man to sin against God.
And there are holes in the story. Adam and eve were created First. Then they had 2 sons. The sons married. But where did their wives come from? Since Adam and Eve only had sons. If Adam and Eve were the first humans, how did the wives come into being?
You see religion is for the delusional and weak willed. Those, in short, who lack the ability to think for themselves. I will not waste my time trying to convince others of something if they choose to accept such a delusion.
Thanks. A tear was shed, for witnessing such wisdom. I thought mankind was doomed, but maybe there's hope.
Actually I don't suffer a superiority complex. But I don't see why I should try to convince someone they're wrong when they believe they're right and they cannot be swayed. Believe me I used to try this all the time.

Me either but I'm told to *grumble*.
Either way, don't call me stupid preferably. I may not be the smartest kid on here but I'm not the dumbest.. :P

Very well. I would like you to consider this for a moment. Who truly says Lucifer was evil? In all aspects it is the general concensus of the bible. However, isn't the bible nothing more than a propaganda machine of the past? Let us assume both God and Lucifer are real (to me they are not). And then let us further assume God gave everyone free will. Is Lucifer so evil to exercise this gift of free will? Also, in history those who rebel to take control do so with good intention. Is it so evil then to assume that the rebelion of Lucifer was not infact evil as the bible claims. But a GOOD act in the hopes of creating a better world under a better leader?

As God is perfect you could not make a "better" world. The right of free will was created by God so that our love for him was genuine and because he didn't want to force us into believing in him. You cannot compare a rebellion in the supernatural realm to a rebellion in the natural world because the two are incompatible with one another. The bible is not propaganda because it exhibits no traits of propaganda to begin with.
Propaganda:information that is spread for the purpose of promoting some cause.
The bible is a source of information. This information is spread to spread the belief. This is then a form of propaganda. And I can compare the two if I choose to. And the bible CLAIMS that god is perfect. In the context of a propaganda arguement nothing is perfect, I would like you to keep that in mind. In this arguement both God and Lucifer are equal, also bear that in mind, do not just say "You're wrong because my religion says so." Please argue within the parameters of my arguement.
