It seems like reporting it to the police would be a pretty good way about it. Most people should have a bicycle liscence, so it would be easier to track down.

... i dunno. It depends really, do you mean you saw the person who stole your bike or you didnt saw the person who stole the bike.

If a person stole my bike in front of my eyes, ill grab a rock at throw it at him/her/person/clown/newcastle fan/king henryVII...etc
