Id say that rock is definately better. However, it is all a matter of personal opinion. Subjecttively, you'd have to compare sales of rap songs vs rock songs and see which sold more.
All rap is is just about ' o i grew up ion hte hood ' when they grew up in an average neighborhood. Guns, drugs, hookers, and shooting hookers with guns for drugs. And TPain uses autotune as a crutch b/c he cant sing for sh*t. Remember : Rap is Crap.
True, but that is what makes it suck so bad. There is really no point to the music, just a beat. With Rock you almost always have a good story or conflict behind each song. That is what makes rock so beast.
I have to go with Rock the whole way baby. Any kind as well as long as it is anything but rap or modern pop, I am okay with it.
