Does it matter? No. But just to appease you, I am a mix of Spanish, Mayan Indian, and Middle Eastern. Though I'm mostly Mexican. Strange mix don't you think? Maybe there should be a thread about what race you are...as long as it doesn't turn ugly.
If you count Metal as rock then this is all I have to say. in rap/gangsta rap, most songs are written about insulting other rappers, guns, money, or in eminem's case, insulting random celebrities. metal goes beyond rap in every aspect, instead of a boring 80bpm beat with a little "click-clack" every 10 seconds u have 6 instruments playing musically complicated pieces at often 120-220bpm... and instead of random rhyming lyrics, you have meaningful ones, that take decent amounts of skill to write. I think I made my point.

lol noooo you may not like the song but "every girl" by young money is freaking FAST very had song to play on drums, and yes it is a REAL drum set playing it casue i seens the song live.

please... lol you wish you could freestyle dude. its harder then it sounds. this guys one of the best freestylers that ive ever seen.
rap isent mindless its not that bad like Run this town,all i do is win,the good life,airplanes, this is just the start of them these are all fun songs to listen too.
I would have to say rock, because rap is rather violent and brutish, but of course, there are exceptions. Even with rock, it is highly varied from metal to almost pop tunes
