Today , I clicked on Google Chrome then AVG popped up with a warning it said WARNING VIRUS ALERT! It had the location path it was in it was C:/Program Files /Google Chrome/
It said it was a Trojan Horse Virus.
So I Uninstalled Chrome & Deleted the virus.

Is Google Chrome A Virus or was it a virus that just got into the Google Chrome folder?

Probably option number two. There is no way on Earth that Google Chrome is a virus. It is used by to many people with no ill effects.

Problem solved correct? We agree Google Chrome is not a virus, you just happened to have a problem.

A virus might have spread to Google Chrome folder from your computer instead of it coming from the installation. You might want to scan your whole computer.

I'm using Chrome right now, and I have McAffee and don't have any warnings. If your Chrome had a virus its because something else put a virus in that Chrome folder.

You might want to scan your whole computer.

I done that thats how I got the virus thing to pop up soon as AVG finds a virus or viruses it pops up with THREAT DETECTED .

Oh...Did you scan right after downloading it?
You can try downloading it again and scanning the file individually.

It could be that there's a file piggybacking on the actual download, so while the file would come up clean, your computer would still be infected.

Make sure you downloaded from Google. Other people can offer downloads of it with viruses in it.

Google does not offer viruses. You have a problem here.

1. Chrome itself is not infected, something else is.
2. Your anti-virus scanner is messing with you. Get another.
3. You uninstalled it right? Just install the package from the Google site itself. As Graham said.

Make sure you downloaded from Google

I did though ... I think a virus might have been downloaded into the Chrome's User Data folder by accident .
