Back again.. the views and likes should update in real time now. The only caveat is that if you view a gameshare 10 times, it is only counted as once (one per person per gameshare).

I'm thinking about changing that, so that each view counts, but I believe it was created that way in the beginning to stop someone from artificially bumping up their gameshare. However, in the future, we may sort gameshares by likes, not by views, so it wouldn't be as important. We'll see.

Yeah cheaters are still doing it so in order to be in the visible part of today, one must out-cheat them.
Maybe only registered users could vote, but the plays and likes would go down drastically.

It is currently, and has been, 1 view per person, for all games. What mess are you referring to? Old gameshares that were bumped up before this system was put in place?

CTC2 people/players can submit castles and not be logged into their personal profile. They apparently have figured out a way to view and vote at random. I prefer CTC2PP because you MUST be logged in to post a castle!
