Tris, in CTCPP, they lost over 400,000 links and most of mine until we all got smart and saved the text file so it could be resubmitted. So many people quit that thread it was very sad. I brought charlesme back for awhile but he is not playing anymore.
Now, CTCPP really doesn't work properly and I am not sure if you can even submit a game! The original CTC is still operational and is goof proof as you submit code only. We did that at the beginning of this thread but of course, we could also submit it on your link as well can't we?
Losing hard work is very disappointing but, AG is a business and we don't pay to play so, why bother with us dedicated gamers?
However, retrophil12's lastest link did work!!! It has been off and on all day but, they are doing something!
On the "Todays" list, it didn't work if you hit best likes but, now, everything seems to be working. We will see. I see that they now only have 45,000 games submitted. I think I gave a post a while back noting the actual number so, all the deleted levels have been eliminated from the pack.
Oh well, let's play again and be happy! However, save your text files! hahahaha
Sorry for the false alarm, Players Pack links ARE working. Just not for me when I'm logged in, for some reason. I noticed some other wierd stuff on my profile, maybe my accounts got a bug or something. How's everything working for everybody else? It looks like they were able to get the People's Empires up and running, hopefully that's a fix. The whole site was hit with a bunch of glitches and bugs, the likes of which had nary been seen. So, it must have taken a lot of work to get things fixed - which we all appreciate.
I am surprised that I can't find some of your older stuff during the blackout. Wiping out the stuff in "Todays" and "This Week" should have put some of your stuff on top. Might have to repost some of your good stuff. PS - vote for your own levels dude, heck, I vote twice for your levels!
Joey Betz is working on CTC3! SSTG, maybe you need to start a new thread for suggestions for the new game. I personally would like to see less clanking! And maybe, blend some stuff from Siege Hero into the game!!!
I would really like to see some 3-D stuff but I know that is very difficult and, it would be nice to scroll around the screen more (up/down, left/right)... Happy jousting my friends, time for sleep!
