Yeah cheaters are still doing it so in order to be in the visible part of today, one must out-cheat them.

CTC2 people/players can submit castles and not be logged into their personal profile. They apparently have figured out a way to view and vote at random. I prefer CTC2PP because you MUST be logged in to post a castle!
