btw, fingerling potatoes are the best.

Waffles aren't flat and you basically get more of a filling from them. Plus there are waffle sticks, doesn't really work the same with a flat pancake stick.

Waffles have grooves to catch your syrup and pancakes don't. 'Nuff said.

But then again, you can wrap a sausage in a pancake, but you can't do that with a waffle.

Porque no los dos? Why not make a waffle sandwich with a pancake in the middle and syrup in between the layers? It would be trapped in the little pockets in the waffle, so that way you get the best of both worlds AND you can have lots of tasty maple syrup
