Mine was in [Assassin's Creed.i] It was the final boss. I had the assassin's blade out. I had never managed to counter with it. The first time I'm facing him ever. I got to the part where he clone's himself. I had no idea which one it was, so I pick one at random. He attackede, I countered with the blade for the first time ever. It was the real one, and I killed him. How about you?
Never really killed a boss in a cool way since most games I play are RPGs or FPSs where things don't die in an epic manner - you just shoot it in the face or launch of over-sized fireball at it.
Tonight I was playing Mad World (cartoony, gore-filled Wii beat-em-up) and I was replaying one of the missions and there's this Minotaur dude, I hacked through his chest a few times with a chainsaw, picked up a sign post thumped him with it, he fell backwards onto the railroad milliseconds before a train came along and got the final hit. It was epic.
My most epic boss kill was in MH3 when your fighting the Lagiacrus and I poked his foot with my great sword. I was like "WHAA D:? I wanted to smash his face..."

Sheppard isn't even a boss. He's not even remotely challenging. Hell, the grunts are tougher to kill, so he can't really be a boss.

Ouch. Mind you, killing someone by the foot is an accomplishment. :P

You didn't really kill him, just followed the mechanics, making it much less cool.
Once on Just Cause I hijacked a helicopter, bailed out at maximum altitude and it landed on the enemy target. Awesome...
Oh and where I was doing stunts on a car to get around, I landed on a bus which tipped it over and landed on 3 people, too bad none of them were bosses
In monster hunter 3 again, i had a massive hammer and i was fighting a Ratholos *giant dragon thing*, i did two quick slams with a hammer, followed by a giant uppercut that smashed him under the chin and he just flipped backwards :i was fighting him for 2 hours:
in warhammer fantasy:battle march i played the campain of the humans (imperium) the last boss (a demon prince) got stuck und a wooden barricade and he cant destroy it beacause he only deals magic damage so a 5 meter tall deamon got stuck on a wooden barricade and i orded all my musket gunners (over 120) shot at the deamon and with just one salvo i killed the boss
There are lots of games you can do really cool kills on. Mostly they are Japanese games like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts- don't have Final Fantasy though but is related to Kingdom Hearts. Mine though probably is on one Kingdom HEarts 2. It's the last boss and had two sword and through them at him whilst doing a backflip and with electricity and fire around me in slowmo!
one time i was playing Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, i was fighting Emperor Tachyon, i pulled out my RYNO V and killed him in 2 seconds
