Well, it would be really cool if our car was powered by Solor Energy at day, while at night, we can use Electricity, so, we could also conserve well. There is a possibility that using a car powered by Electricity can uh, what's this? Anyway... How about batteries? Many batteries! Not just by plugging them into an electric outlet.
bratt... they made a great idea for that called an backup.. in daylight it stores energy from the light and in night you can still travel .. but i dont know how long and how far.. and also you can power it up with an extra accu somewhere in the car, and if you combine an electric engine with a solar engine than the car would be too heavy.. its possible but not at the moment
They're making some weird car right now, I read it like a year ago, something about a car being able to go half the country on a gallon of gas. Good eeffort.
Also, As awesome as the HFC is, they're working on it. They're working on it, and they made ethanol but what are we supposed to do? Sell the cars we bought for thosands for less and get Ethanol cars? Nah. If it saves money, it oculd catch on. No matter how good the device may be I really don't think the HFC is catching on, as it'll probably be worth a crapload.
eddie not totaly true.. its just like gass you have too store gass and it will be empty after a while .. works just like solarenergy .. you can store some sunlight in your backup too use at night but it also gets empty cuz there isnt a sun too power it up..so iam not sure but i think you can ride like 3-4 hours with the backup and with an extra accu i think like 1-1.5 hours more .. els just look up the site on google
The electric car will ruin the economy in america... if it was done here.. then the whole economy of the world would go into wack. I suggest a filter that can filter out the C.D. and turn it back into reusable carbon or something.
Eddie, solar powered cars cost THOUSANDS of dollars. A TON of people would like to get a solar roof for their houses, but only the rich ones do. Its hard to get, therefor its expensive. To make it worse its even more expensive because of the high-tech brands giving it to you. To make it even more expensive is the plain fact it took so much money to reasearch on it. Until theres an easier way to do so, or cut down labor, the Solar Power idea is dead waste.
RsC, your definately wrong there. The Solar Power car fulls in a full battery, which is a pretty long amount of miles. Its compartment doesn't only use energy from the sun while your driving, it uses it while your not. Always sucking in Energy. It fills up the main "Energy Tank" first, and then the backup at the end. Theres also a battery incase of Emergencies.
So, even though they pay themselves off and you can drive for however long you want, you has the problem of buying it straight off and acctually paying it off. Like.. Buying a 400,000 Dollar house is impossible for some. Same with the car.
Opentotruth, thats the problem. 1900's = Super Industrialization every problem fixed with Technology. I don't know if we can fix the car problem. XP After all, Gas is shooting 4 bucks. By the time a 13 year old can drive I bet you it'll be hittin' around five.
My old teacher told me that she used to keep 2 dollars for gas. I was like WTF? [She was OLD XD] Anyway, then she told us how she then had to keep 10 dollars extra, fifteen, on and on until now she carries sixty.
true but ive readed something about flying cars, we maybe will get them in 20 years so when i got a beard i also got a flying car they are now talking about the safety of the car like what could happend if we give them away too evry1 and about accidents and that stuff so maybe it can take longer if they are missing things...and i also think that only importend people can get those in the future... so there will be no crimes..
Toyota Prius: Hybrid Model of Toyota. It runs partly on gas and partly on electricity, Gas saving and runs VERY effeciently.
Again, why does it suck? Electric Cars from the past stank, and if they were all inforced it would be bad. I dont' like them either, but I do like it that right now were mixing them up with Gas Power, so we can help out the enviorment.
Also, Ford made a car that releases watervapor, good car, just a few complications that haven't been talked about. And no one say that watervapor is bad for the enviorment, because then it turns into a cloud and rains. xP
So, I have NO IDEA what a "flying Car" is. If you mean a car that runs on gas and is like a mini-plane, I'm following you. Were talking about energetic means of transportation, not if were flying or driving.
armed i have seen them on tv, saw testdrives with it on internet (videos) and it was also on discovery... or just type into google flying car you will see 3 images next too each other click the 3rd one and you will see videos from testdrives at video selection...
Yeah this is a good idea, but if you were to get "corn grass" or whatever made by wheat then it would cost you alot less because there is not enough demand for it. It has a cheaper price and the same quality.
I think there called Hybrid Cars where there coverd in solar panel crap except its not like a real solar panel, it uses the suns energy to convert into electricity, and uses some gas but not alot.
