As far as the question is concerned: yes, if you have a moral barometer such as a guilty conscience, religion, etc. If you do not believe in that sort of thing (i.e., purity as defined by the Bible, Qur'an, Tanakh, etc), then it isn't wrong at all.
Since you asked for our personal opinions, however, I do, in fact, think looking at pornography is wrong. So are a lot of things.
But... I agree with Uproar. These topics are redundant. We do not need one thread per sin.
Oh yes, because my post really looked as if i was getting stressed out, i simply stated a point that people are deciding to make these topics, but i for one only see it as an indirect confession, or that your thoughts are even considering it.
The topic is pointless, asking if something is wrong, only you can be the judge of it as you are your own person, you have your own morals and follow what you believe is right and wrong. Just be yourself and do what you gotta do.
I think it's natural to look at porn,it's an urge most people get even women like it, girls i know enjoy seeing the girls pleasure more then seeing what the guy looks like.
Hmm.. interesting, albeit pointless, topic. However I don't think it's wrong at all. In fact my wife collects Playboy magazine. I think right now we have close to 100 issues including the very first edition, published in December of 1953. Occasionally we will get a xxx movie and watch it, usually just laughing because they are so incredibly cheesy and the 'acting' portions are comedic and ridiculous.
Ahh yes, you can only imagine the disappointment of generations of plumbers who find out that a creepy smile/moustache combo and saying "I'm here to plug your hole" really don't get you laid as much as they get you arrested and added to some soft of list.
Yeah pornography is just entertainment, unless you have a religion forbidding you to watch/engage in sexual activity it just comes down to your own moral opinion on it, nobody can answer for you whether it's right or wrong, only give their own opinions.

i dont see much wrong with it besides religion dicating peoples lives, habits and actions plus moral values. if you have none of those then it is just your own decision
I think its important to distinguish between soft and hardcore porn. Obviously unless you are a saint, then theres nothing wrong with softcore stuff, since were supposed to understand and enjoy it.
My biggest concern with porn is the effect itll have on the social skills of the young. When i was a young horny teen (not so long ago) id have no option but to get out there and pursue some women. Now kids can just flip open a laptop, and will thus never need to learn how to communicate with women. Obviously the human race will continue, but i bet there are a hell of a lot of young guys out there who are wasting their time in front of a screen with some tissues when they could be honing their skills for later life in the real world.

Porn is comedy :P And no, we don't watch it specifically for the acting, but there is a great deal of comedy to be derived while you are waiting for the introduction of an interesting position you can try. (sometimes picking positions out of a book gets boring and you want a demonstration) It also helps that my wife enjoys the female form as much as I do.

I have a friend who gets a lot who says he watches porn to learn. Ive always found it a little contrived, and would find it awkward (psychologically) to do some ridiculous ninja move in the bedroom. That said, whatever floats your boat.
