I would need help banning people but i cant because the moderators dont listen. So I was wondering if anyone could help me ban someone in particler (Kirby998) because he has been spaming on my profile. If someone could list instructions that would be helpful for me and the people who dont know how to do it and are in the same sitution as me.
I don't know if you're an alt trying to get Kirby in trouble or anything, but if you need help with somebody, then you need to report the problem to a moderator. It doesn't matter if you think they don't listen; they DO check their messages and they DO get the problems resolved when they find it (I like to message 2 just in case one isn't online).
Refrain from posting on Kirby998's profile. When you are asked to stop doing so, it is rather rude to continue, and is considered borderline harassment, which can get you permanently banned from this site. Further communication with Kirby from this point will lead to a ban.
I see no evidence of him spamming your comments in any way. Rather, he politely asked you to stop commenting on his profile, which you ignored. While he might be a little strong going in his language, you are the one in the wrong.
Being the little snoop I am, I think I have a better grasp of the situation than I used to. Knowing that you don't know how to delete comments and that 2nd parties cannot delete comments from your profile, I do not see any comments that suggests that Kirby has spammed your profile.
On the contrary, I see your comments on his profile, where he has told you to stop spamming his. So, in conclusion, I came up with a few things:
1. A moderator did indeed notice your comment and acted accordingly.
2. It is you that was doing the spamming
3. You are hurting yourself further by further trying to get Kirby in trouble.
Moderators look at all the evidence at hand before making their decision. If you don't agree, then you can try to contact another moderator about the issue (There is a list at the bottom half of the page here.), but you won't get a different third opinion as there is no evidence that Kirby spammed anyone.
