Now Nintendo has there DS and Sony the PSP, but do you think microsoft will ever convert to a handheld gaming console (besides computers)?
I was rummaging google and happened upon an article from 2006 that talked for a project but it looks as if it has stopped.

I just think ti would be nice to play like halo or what not on the go and use your gamertag to play online as well...

In case you were confused by any of that, i think there should be a handheld xbox device.

yeah i know what you mean Microsoft is doing fine without a device in the handheld gaming realm. They are already making bank, kinda glad they are chasing after other means of revenue.

What would be the point? People who use Xboxes never leave their house.

Way to stereo type there Ernie. haha
I now dozens of kids that play xbox, and are tremendous athletes. And yes they get out of the house.

My point is, the people who are addicted enough to the Xbox to have to carry it around with them are the same kind of people who never leave their house.

It would change the world but would make acne geeks roam in the sunlight and they would melt because they've only seen electronic light. Not U/V rays. LOL

I get your point Ernie, just giving you trouble. And yeah but sometimes it could be more convenient. Example... My parents are divorced, it would be easy if they had a handheld xbox you could play and connect to live with. Just another market.

@coldplaya i'm pretty sure "acne geeks" would still stay inside, not go out and "melt" in the sun.

In other words, you can't go for a ride in the car without thinking about your Xbox?

Again, addiction seems to be the main reason why this product is wanted.

Now i see your point and i see where your coming from... Yes it could be viewed as addiction or be viewed ease of access.

The DS is not for nintendo addicts, nor the PSP for Sony... Just another way to play the game.

But people don't get addicted as easily to DS or PSP games as they do to CoD, which makes it slightly different from an issue of convenience.
