This topic is based upon your personal opinion on whether abortion is wrong or right. I personally believe that it is wrong, and have many reasons for it. You may challenge me if you wish, but please make sense!

Nobody thinks aborting is the RIGHT thing to do. It's more of a question about the circumstances and if it's ok or not.

Hello again, mdv96

Answer this, fellow forum posters, if you would please: ok
Is it ok
Morally
Lawfullyy,
Other (Allowed via government permission)
I mean government permission because if aborting was illegal, the following situation may happen: A man has kidney failure, and needs a transplant. He and his wife both share a relatively rare blood type. No one kidney is availible, and there is no time to helicopter one over from another hospital. However, the wife is pregnant. If the wife donated her kidney, she would have to abort the baby. It would not survive. What would happen in this scenerio? Please tell me

Its not necessarily right, but that does not make it wrong.

And have you seen how crowded the adoption centres are? Abortion is a much kinder option.

*spills cereal everywhere as bursts into spontaneous and uncontrollable laughter* thanks Avorne. Silly tiger, you made my night. Man, lets just go kill each other with knives, after all the world is crowded. Man you should be a sociologist.

DoctorHouse, the dad would die. Catholic doctrine says the only valid reason to abort is to save the mother.

thank you for your input, Nurvana. But I am talking about government law, not religion law. Still, I appriciate what you had to say, for I had no idea

Yes, but I believe he was saying the religious boundaries should be put into consideration, which they should.

if the family is religious, of course, but if the family is not religious, should they be forced to follow the doctrine of a faith that is not their own.

'Course not but if the family isn't made up of conversationalists should they be forced to follow environmental regulations?

ah. I see your point. If a religion says you can abort, but the goverment law in your area says you cannot, what would happen?

No. My point is that his point is easily countered and isn't a good argument for abortion.
