Its impossible to kill a baby before its a baby, abortions usually happen when its not a baby.

I would say even if you get ***** then you shouldn't get an abortion. It's not the babies fault.

That pretty much makes the entire argument of pregnancy being the mothers fault so she should deal with it, because even when its not her fault, you want her to deal with it.

I don't know what I would personally do if I were in that situation, but I do feel that people should have the ability to make their own choices. Some women might try to do it themselves if it were illegal and that could be very dangerous, I'd rather they have the means to do it as legally and safely as possible

I'm not at all offended by your opinion. What I am offended by is that you seem to think that you have the right to impose your opinions on everyone else regardless of whether or not they share them and without anything to back them other than your own personal superstitious beliefs and the attached dogma.

Who cares about the money? If you dont want it give it to some kind of orphanage.

And these orphanages and foster homes are over crowded, underfunded, provide a vastly decreased quality of life for the child and are a major drain on the limited funding available. You would ban abortions and add ~1 million more children per year to a system that can't hardly take care of the children already in the system.

Personally I would rather never be born than be born to a parent who doesn't want me and end up in a state or privately run orphanage for the entirety of my childhood. It is not always about life itself, but also about quality of life. Food, medicine, education, social opportunities, et cetera.

Any cursory examination of the vast studies regarding abortions show that the number one reason, across the board, for abortions is financial instability and/or inability to provide the child with a financially stable environment. And, I must admit, this is a very good reason to not have a child.

While prevention would be the best route it doesn't always work, even with condoms and birth control pregnancies do often happen. Roughly 1 time in every 1000 birth control and/or condoms fail to stop a pregnancy.

Then keep on fighting girl. Just remember that you have no right to impose your beliefs on others, especially where those beliefs have no factual basis and would limit another person's exercise of their freedoms.

This is actually what DID happen before it was legalized, and women have been coming up with ways to terminate their pregnancies for hundreds of years. Prior to the safe medical procedures we have now many methods were used, from poisons to beating the woman on the stomach and also invasive and highly dangerous techniques which were attempts to insert objects into the uterus, and many of these methods also proved fatal to the mother as well.

As long as women are capable of getting pregnant there will be those who do so before they want to and will seek to terminate. By banning medical abortions you will do nothing but force women back to the medieval methods of birth control and termination of pregnancy.

When I wrote that I was thinking of the movie The Cider House Rules, even though I've done some research on women who actually did use "alternative" and dangerous methods to terminate their pregnancies, I just can't get that damn movie out of my head.
