i think it is a major military testing zone where they create new weapons and test them. also they could be creating nukes or extremely classified high tech weaponry..... but the thing about the aliens? its possible, im not denying the possibility but im leaving my mind open to all answers

Clearly it is built over the fountain of youth. It wasn't in Florida but actually the middle of a desert. Unfortunately the government found it first and decided to keep it. Now every president lives there immortal forever while we aren't.>

I think they make/test weaponary and vehicles in Area 51 and if for example an aircraft gets spotted they blame it on aliens 0_o

Aliens? I believe not, God wouldn't let his other intelligent creations onto earth. Many men are virtually heartless, and would torture and perform all sorts of horrid experiments on them. As for secrets, who knows? Do you really think the government would tell us all of their secrets and technology? We are nothing to them.
