ok so im christian methodist and latley ive been thinking alot about converting to the muslim faith

no because i doubt the bible or anything but jsut because it seems to me that Muslims are alot more passionate to there faith then the christians are. like you walk around and you talk to sombody who sais there christian but they dont know a thing that happened in the bible and it bugs me.

am i wrong for thinking like this? what should i do?

Why would this be wrong? The only place it might be wrong is in America, but most Americans have the intelligence of a fifth grader (it's common fatc look it up).

Why would you follow something you don't even believe in just because others are more passionate about it?

You could always become a Christian zealot.
But anyway, being having other members of the same faith being passionate, or indifferent to it does not make it any more true(I did not mean it like that, I meant that it should not discourage your beliefs), believe what you feel is right, don't just convert purely for a hive mind mentality where your all passionate about it.

its like im really open minded and i do believe there is a god but honestly its like. i dont KNOW for sure if the bible tells the whole truth. and i dont know at all about the karan. all i know is that theres ONE god and i want to praise him. i got to church all the time and i love my youth group and stuff i just feel like its all so close minded

I could be wrong, but the only Muslims you are probably coming across are the ones who really take their faith seriously, so it only seems like most Muslims are serious about their faith. I'm sure there are many Muslims who aren't as into their faith.

Also, I wouldn't doubt it if there was someone like you who was a Muslim. I wouldn't doubt that some Muslims feel like you do, where it seems the people following their own faith seems to know little about their own religion.

If you don't know anything about the Qur'an why would you believe in it?

But if it's a hive mind mentality your looking for might I suggest joining the Collective?

Learning about a different religion is far different then joining that religion.

Well I would recommend getting a hold of a Qur'an and reading it.
In fact quick Googling here.

You'll still be believing in the same God, just with a few alterations to the story.
