I tell you guys what - Crush down someone who murdered a thousand people, sift through each atom in their body and find me one, just one, atom of 'Evil'. Then I'll believe it exists.

Evil is abstract, Avorne. You cannot literally see "Evil" itself. You may witness something that in your mind is evil, but what is evil to someone may not be evil to someone else. Take the girl who threw the puppies in the river, for instance. People responded to that video in outrage, yet think of it in the girls perspective. Maybe she doesn't know any better. Maybe they raise children to throw puppies into rivers. Maybe there was no-one to care for these puppies, so she had to dispose of them.
omfg, this is the best philosophical question! now, before we saw evil exists... we must define evil... so, what is evil? do we share the same perspectives on evil? can we truly get everyone to agree that one act, thought, or idea is purely evil? like, c'mon guys, we cant answer if something exists, if we dont know what were looking for!
