Huh? Ah, now I understand the divergences between our arguments.. you know, I don't believe in Adam and Eve, imo it just evolved as did other feelings, it's completely natural. But if you argue on a religious basis, I would say that it comes from God, since he created everything. The only thing the snake did was use what was already there, awaken a slumbering side that had been created by God. He's the source of everything, evil included.

precisely, as children, with free will, we had to question. that is the failure, but as the scriptures read, this was all planned out long before we were ever here, jesus' death was planned even before there was sin. adam and eve only followed human nature to question authority, of course there were punishments, but without those sacrifices, we would never be able to get back to god, so in a way, eve did us a great service that day; she created evil, thus creating good, and salvation.
