Atheism is the indifference, the lack of religion. Everything else is additional personal opinions. Atheism itself is not a religion.

Really greg? really? I've often found Christians amongst the most bigoted, close-minded, disgustingly hate-filled excuses for people I have ever met. They simply use their holy book as an excuse for discrimination against people.

In your religion animals such as talking snakes exist. I wouldn't take what your religion believes in too seriously if I were you. And just beacuse a group of people believe something - that doesn't mean that they're right. The KKK believe that all black people should be killed or at least driven away - perhaps since they're a group of people, united by a belief then they're right?
the KKK was probably the worst example you could have used. they want death, a white supremecy, uhmm catholics, we want peace goodness, holiness etc, uhmmm, you just had an epic fail, but it was a nice try budd.
