Who do you think was the greatest person who has ever lived and why?I would prefer it if it wasn't a founder or leader of a religion or cult and no evelutionary or atheistic people.
Well I think Einstein. Just look at that list, without him I doubt we would be as knowledgeable about science and such as we are now. His name is synonymous with genius, that must mean something..
Well that takes out most of the best people, Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Darwin, Charlie Chaplin, Mark Twain...And it goes on and on and on....and on and on and on.
I would have to say one of the Greek philosophers, for challenging the current ideas and giving birth to modern science.
In my opinion one of the greatest persons in the world would have to be Nikola Tesla, He stood up to Thomas Edison created the AC electricity which we use now, as well as the flourescent lights which we now use, oh and did I mention the radio? Poor Tesla is not that well known to the general public even with all the great inventions he created. He is and will always be the son of modern electricty in my own personal opinion (im sure almost no one says that) if Franklin was the father.
