I remember that a study found that Atheists/Agnostics know more about religion than theists. Its pretty interesting.
you don't need a study to justify that. its simple... atleast in my mind. most christians spend their time going on faith and accepting things...whilst atheists/agnostics spend a larger portion of time studying up on the common beliefs to justify their own counter points or just their reasons behind not believing. i mean that's pretty much common knowledge... or atleast i thought so. I guess its true what they say about assuming.

That's pretty plausible. Also in all likelihood Atheists/Agnostics have a broader religious knowledge, whereas frequently religious persons are limited to their own religion.
Do you believe that it's never been tampered with and is absolute truth then? If so what justifies that .
I'm learning the language it was speaken in to read its most dumbed down (simple) meanings. I understand it was written in English from translation, and it may have been tampered with.
Our bodies decompose, but we still remain alive in spirit. Many people have been pronounced clinically dead, but were revived after brain surgery. The strange thing is, after they are revived, they report seeing, hearing and smelling things that happened in other places at the time of their surgery. The freakiest part is that their reports are nearly 100% the same as the actual occurrence that took place at the time of the surgery. Due to this, i believe that we remain on earth, even when our body is no longer functional.

PS. Anyone ever heard of 'Mediums' or something like that? They can make contact with the spirits of dead people. Maybe we stay a while on earth, and then make our way to hell? If i was a gost i would really tease this planet till its dead! And then get to hell... :P

Keep in mind death is a process, you not just alive then dead. There would still be some brain activity going on, especially since they were revived.

I would like to know the actual statistics here. Sure you can have a dream of something and have elements of that dream really happen. But I think your only basing this off those who did get something right while ignoring those who come back and report alien told them "we are slipping into the 4th dimension". Another interesting this is we can physically induce an OBE by electrically stimulating a certain area of the brain. Since we can replicate these experiences by just zapping a person brain in the right spot, this suggests to me these experiences are actually the result of a dream or hallucination brought on by abnormal brain activity rather then it being a spiritual event.

However, the Christian God is forgiving of the sins as long as they accept Jesus as their savior. However, he is also just, so those who have not found salvation will go to hell.
