No age excuses. I'm 14, and I started debating here - with proper spelling and grammar and adequate explanations - when I was barely 12. Also, Einfach is 14 as well, I think.
Most religions include the idea of a heaven and a hell because it is a common idea that people like. Heaven gives them incentive to believe, and hell scares the nonbelievers into believing. It helps reinforce the moral concepts present in the Abrahamic religions - definite good and evil. Heaven is good, and governed by God, whereas hell is evil, and governed by demons. The fact that the idea is present in multiple texts is because it helps get more conversions, not because it's correct.

I am reading the Quran right now, and even if I didn't read the whole thing it basically says: "If you do not fear the one true god you are not a real muslim and you burn forever". And then there are plenty of dumb rules that a real god wouldn't really care about. Also, you are a great example of blind faith or brain laziness. You should try to....QUESTION! Scary word right? The biggest "sin" in the Muslim religion.
Unless you can invent something that talks to dead people, has been proven to work, and has 100% accuracy, you can't know for sure. Stop being scientific about death, that really won't get you anywhere. Actually, there is nothing proven about an afterlife, but there has to be one, because if we only have 80-90 years and then blackness, then what's the point of life? According to my beliefs: If you have confessed with your heart and soul that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, and confess that you've sinned, and accept God's forgiveness, you go to Heaven. If not, you go to the other place. If you were never told the Gospel, then you're probably given a fair chance. Not everything is measurable or comprehensible. Understand that before you ask technicalities.

Now - I have given a lot of thought to religion, and I believe that there is no God. Why should I be punished for my honest reasoning?

It would be nice for you to give an example.

This is absolutely not "roof" at all. How do you know we have a "oint" or "urpose" of life. Even without it, this doesn't mean our lives are not "urposeful."
the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything is 42, which was derived over seven and a half million years by a giant supercomputer called Deep Thought... dont you know anything :P
