For example, God is a master of all people who basically do good things (basically). Satan is the master of people who do bad things (not exactly Staan worshipers). What do you think? Is Staan a master? Does he have a huge hold on us, as well as God?
Please listen: I absolutely do NOT want this turning into a "your stupid because you believe in this or that" contest, as long as what people believe in does not hurt someone else. People of any faith, or none at all are welcome!
Uh, well, Satan is the lord of Hell, and hell is where all the people who are bad/evil/don't follow God's rules go. A warden or cop is the leader of jail, and jail is where all the people who have been convicted of bad/rule breaking/evil things are sent. Sound familiar?
God is all-powerful, sets down rules, and punishes the breakers of those rules. He rewards those who follow those rules. A judge or court sets down rules and when people are caught, he decides if they're guilty or not, whether they deserve to go to jail or not, and determines their sentence. Sound familiar?
Going biblically yes, the children of "the world" are Satan's.
1Jn 3:8-10 The one who commits sin is of the Devil, for the Devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the Devil's works. Everyone who has been born of God does not sin, because His seed remains in him; he is not able to sin, because he has been born of God. This is how God's children--and the Devil's children--are made evident. Whoever does not do what is right is not of God, especially the one who does not love his brother.
But for a non-sinner, does Satan still master him in some way? Just because someone is someone else's master, it does not mean the servant has to obey their commands

Yes indeed he does. Well, only for a Christian/Catholic/Etc but not for atheist or whatever. Satan rules them because fear of Satan guides them.
The Jews don't have a devil. Or a hell, to my understanding.
The Christian's ideal of hell and Lui being evil? Well with as many different sects as there are people in this religion, it would depend on the individual. Some idiots would think "If someone thinks differently than me, it must be Satan's fault!", while others fool themselves by saying "Well, if god is all good then he wouldn't want anyone to go to hell or believe anything different. Thus, there must be an antagonist working against him", etc etc.
From a Satanist perspective, depends on the sect. The Satan worshipers probably would believe so. The non-worshiping Satanists don't believe in him, so I would doubt so.
Really? In the OT, Lucifer is a protagonist, the deity's chum. The only thing "bad" he did in it he had god's blessing and assistance. The only other thing would be the snake that the Christian's blame on Lui, however the only thing that even subtly hints that is in the end of the NT.
