Weeeeewt, my town was mentioned in the 10 o'clock news just now! It was mentioned because a guy who was once a victim of child abuse from a teacher recently moved here, but still, a mention on the news!

So, have you or your school or your town/village ever been mentioned on the news or in the paper and why?

Some of my friends go to a high school near where I live, where there was some huge scheme about grade 12's trying to have sex with as many grade 8's they could. Like a contest.
