So, should gays be allowed to get married? Is it morally wrong to deny them the right or is it morally wrong to go against the institution of marriage? I can see religion being dragged into this one....
All the counter arguments are from people who don't like gays because they aren't "Normal" to them or because they believe a book written by a couple of loonies.

Evil cannot be used in this way as it is intangible; it is an idea and so it can be argued that justice is the absence of evil. Also, this just says that god is good (the absence of evil), without really arguing against my inmplication that god can be evil as well.

Exactly, so why does everyone think that what God gave us (the ability to be gay) is evil, when he gave us that choice?
Then you are simply wrong, why choose only one aspect of God's law to enact as human law over another? Are not all sins equal?
I simply think that people should not marry, they dont on Uranus so why should they on Earth, plus the only reason I can think that marriage is important is having sex. Husband and wifes usually treat each other like crap.
And sins are different, you murder someone and you will be punished different then someone who has stolen.

Religion has no place in the world, especially not in laws. Until religion becomes a home practice, that isn't trying to push its belief onto everything and stating them as if they are facts, then I will shut up about it.
