After seeing jdogg's animation thread, I decided to download Pivot and give it a try.
I'm new at this, but it turned out better than I had expected. If anyone wants to try to make a better one about anything, go ahead, and feel free to post the results here.
I don't remember where I downloaded Pivot, but you should be able to find it through Google. It's a simple and FREE program.
If you only do things you already can do, you'll never learn to do the things you can't do.
But it's your animations, and your choice, I just think that if you added some easing and worked on using the entire bodies, you'd be able to make some pretty awesome animations.
Well, whatever you decide, good luck with your animations.
iMogwai, you mentioned on another thread that you were at frame 544 of an animation project (I'm assuming it's that nice looking zombie one your making) I have a few questions. Does Pivot still operator smoothly with 544 frames loading into to or is it becoming sluggish. And, after a while won't internet browser start to struggle with the GIF because it will be so many frames?
By the way, your animation are really sweet, and the comedy ones are hilarious!

Pivot works just fine. It takes a few seconds to load the project, though, but it's not that bad. And the GIF is still pretty small considering how many frames there are. I've seen BMP pictures take up more space.
I haven't been doing all that much animating lately, I just haven't felt any inspiration/motivation.
Still I stumbled across this song on YouTube, which inspired me to make a short animation, with emphasis on short. I probably put this together in less than half an hour.
