After seeing jdogg's animation thread, I decided to download Pivot and give it a try.
I'm new at this, but it turned out better than I had expected. If anyone wants to try to make a better one about anything, go ahead, and feel free to post the results here.
I don't remember where I downloaded Pivot, but you should be able to find it through Google. It's a simple and FREE program.
I was thinking about this. When we do post in his thread it helps decrease the number of times he would be double posting. Nononono. Double posting is fine if you have new material each post. Also if I start my own animation thread, I will be competing with yours and iMogwai's threads. Then it's like spammy duplicate threads. They aren't duplicate threads if they are collection threads. Have you seen all the "Username's Art Threads." It is perfectly fine and better for you to make your own thread. Plus posting in iMogwai thread keeps it alive, gives it more views.[b]You posting in his thread spams it up and makes us have to search more. Views do not matter, and Mogwai is keeping it alive himself with all his animations.
Also, I think we need to reboot the animation contest.
Mogwai your an f-ing natural.
yeah i mean they should do what stickpage does and let us post pivots as games and get ap for it but we get like 5 ap because these arent games they just vids
Pivot is not nearly the quality of a flash animation. And I am pretty sure AG would let you post a flash animation on here, it just isn't popular.
Do any of you know a good .piv hosting site because i can't find one and pivotup has turned into yourimg while on tinypic it tells me to type in a code but there is no code!
Okay, to upload your animation GIF, just click the image button (it's right above the box you type in to reply, between link and quote).
A box (or prompt) will come up. The prompt will say, "Enter the URL of the image" http:// will be highlighted in the textbox already. delete that and copy and past the URL "http://img525.imageshack.us/i/swordofstick.gif/" without the quotes into the box and then press enter. Then submit your post.
