After seeing jdogg's animation thread, I decided to download Pivot and give it a try.

I'm new at this, but it turned out better than I had expected. If anyone wants to try to make a better one about anything, go ahead, and feel free to post the results here.

I don't remember where I downloaded Pivot, but you should be able to find it through Google. It's a simple and FREE program.

Heh, clever. The fall could've used some easing, though, but aside from that, very nice. If you've got the patience I'd suggest using a higher framerate (FPS).

A bit hard to help when I don't know exactly what the problem is.
Did you save it as a GIF file? .piv files cannot be uploaded.
Are you signed up and logged in?
Have you tried using another site? I use ImageShack.
If the above doesn't help you'll have to give me more details about the problem

If you do that it won't be an animation. It will just be a picture of one of the frames. You have to save it as a GIF and then upload it to imageshack.

I was thinking about this. When we do post in his thread it helps decrease the number of times he would be double posting. Also if I start my own animation thread, I will be competing with yours and iMogwai's threads. Then it's like spammy duplicate threads. Plus posting in iMogwai thread keeps it alive, gives it more views.

But then again, I always feel I'm detracting when I post in his thread. And if the mods will allow (to a certain degree) some double posting, in order to showcase art you've made at other times, then I wouldn't mind making another thread.

yeah i mean they should do what stickpage does and let us post pivots as games and get ap for it but we get like 5 ap because these arent games they just vids
