I have a PDF of the Player's Handbook, which I will e-mail to you if you don't have a copy, you don't need to memorize it or anything, but it would help to have it handy for this game.If you want to play another race,then No level adjustments above +1.If you give me a good reason to play a race that's not +1 level adjustment I might let you. Rules not Used: -There is no Armor Class Penalty. -There is no Encumberence, but please be realistic(no portable rams). -There will not be any Racial Bonuses to anything other than starting attributes. -To Simplify the Arcane Check Penalty, Wizards cannot wear armor period. -all Spells are allowed, but I will only list Evocation spells for Wizards and Healing Spells for Clerics in this forum as they are the most martial spells.

Depends what kind of weapon you're talking about. And seriously? You already have 4 weapons, 3 of which are of the bad *** magical variety, and you want to buy more!? At the most, you will only actually ever need to carry 3 weapons on you at once: one ranged weapon, one 1h, and one 2h.
The financial damage?
200 gp, nothing that will put so much as a dent in your bank account, Meester 6k gp.
"Armor" means the whole nine yards, Meester DnD nub. xP Helmet, chest, boots, greaves, etc. You will only wear a specified piece of equipment(helmet, gloves, etc.) if it's magical or special(like a locked gauntlet or a Helm of Brilliance).
And what'd be a good magical 1h weapon?
It depends, what are you planning on fighting for the most part?
Which weapon? One of the nonmagical ones, or are you going to pump more into one that's already magical?
Then that, preferably one that boosts dex or wis.
Well, there are Gloves of Dexterity +2 and a Periapt of Wisdom +2 that you might be able to afford if you could find someone selling them, although neither of them is a helmet.
