What are the best cards/races/race mix-ups in Hidden dimension?
I think that almost all races elite/legenndary units are good (I havent get all off them, jet so I cant be 100% sure).Good normal units are imo:Akata,Nagato,Hiraga,Thorong bomber,Guardian,Exion`Exus, all XY ships exept Nebula scout,Soldier Drone,Berserk,Overseer,Nanobot carrier,Battle cruiser, and Dreadnought.I havent played much whit MT or TM so I cant say much about their units.
And what I have seing, usually having hybrid deck is better that only 1 race, because then you can have more variety between units, and if you dont get enough some energy, you can use ships that wont requir it.But I havent played much with hybrid deck too, because I have been trying to get race elite/legend ships and testing races.
But what is your opinion?Feel free to say

You forgot main thing! that this version of game is versus AI! and AI do attack it with trogom bomber or thunder mage or phoenix and so on.

And mass! discard abilities do cost much more mana (10 and 8 if i remember right) and cheap discart cards such as disrupt not nesessary hits it!

And if u tried my deck u had to see that i had 2 solvations against technowall infront of it. 1. Technosavant 2. Data node and it`s "abillity" not to draw a card.(opp run out of cards when i do have actually even if my deck consist of 30-32 cards)

Try it and change your opinion, or not=)))

About Mirror Shields, does anyone knows whar hapens if you put Hiraga vs Mirror Shield (if we ecept that no support for both sides, and Mirror Shield attck is 0)?
When hiraga attcks, its deals 12 damage to Mirror shiled and Mirror shiled retails 8 damage to Hiraga. But them since Hiraga`s avability is too retail 4 damage when attcked, does Hiraga deal 4 damage to the Mirror Shield and them Miror Shield deals 8 damage to Hirage etc until second ship is destoyed or is retail avability able to work only one per turn?

And what you think about Nanobot tower-structure (Rivi`i)?I think that is good in rict situations, but if you dont know how to use it well, you lose

I saw, that Spark vs Mirror Shield, Mirror Shield losses! When Spark attck, it deals 1 dmg, them Mirror Shield retails 8 dmg, and Spark get destroyed and so Mirror Shield!Aoaah, still no uber-counter agains spark...

Has anyone tested what happens if you use abominator`s avability to ship what returns to your deck when its destroyed (Echo imagane,Phoenix)?Since abominator`s avabilit destroy that ship, but do you get it back again? If you do, then you could get pretty high attack for abominators just absorbing Echo imagines and Phoenixs...

Dang! I wish I had explored this part of Armor Games earlier - I've been too busy playing all tha games

Anyways, the following quotes are reposted from the quick comments on Hidden Dimensions:

(I versus random decks rather than premades, and these days I'm only interested in insane mode)

Just beat 15 in a row v insane with the following HU deck (a HU/MT rush deck brought me down).

-30 Cards-
4 x Nagato
4 x Hiraga
4 x Firewing
2 x Phoenix
2 x Solar Harvester
4 x Power Plant
2 x Artillery Turret
4 x Battery
4 x Solar Refractor

Probably the Phoenixes don't need to be in the deck, I found myself choosing the Hiraga over them every time - perhaps Breakers or Akatas would be better instead.

(When I replaced the Phoenixes with Akatas I got 37 wins v insane)

Another deck that rips a new one v everything (excepting XY in insane mode) is the following MT deck, though it can get energy starved if you get an unlucky draw.

-30 cards -
2 x Energy Leech
4 x Hydromorph
3 x Negator
3 x Devourer
4 x Combat Node
1 x Morpholith
4 x Mind Morpholith
3 x Armored Growth
2 x Regrowth
4 x Entropic Siphon

Anyone made a successful v insane CC deck?

I've stopped playing (for now at least) with TM decks (sorry yukasBELARUS) as I find them a bit overpowered which sort of ruins the fun for me - as nozo_ito said earlier once you've got them opposed to something that you've reduced to 0 attack you've basically got it made, although of course there are counters - so whack out 2 of them! And then Data Nodes stop you running out of cards and you all know the rest.

As you can see I prefer 'ure' decks since a hybrid deck I find is too easily weakened by energy requirements; many is the time I've had bulk energy of A and a hand full of B... I also tend toward the 30 card minimum as I find otherwise you become pretty vulnerable waiting for the card you need in a larger deck. That said, apart from CC, MT (and versus insane, HU, because of the computer's damage reduction) always get the appropriate RD structures for their extras.

Also - Sparks... there are a number of comments about them being broken which (after much play) I agree with.

I think they could be fixed if they were changed from 'Any ship that deals DAMAGE to this ship is destroyed.' to 'Any ship that DESTROYS this ship is destroyed.' Because as it is if you boost their defense/life they can start to be a proper nuisance.

ie Chryiax ability, Sapphire Xyloxi ability and Crystal Auras.

Now I'm off to test nozo_ito's CA/CC deck and after that I reckon I'll try some Abominator action (thanks for the heads up {gi}Gantic) - I have to admit I've overlooked that card so far, and thanks for starting this thread Finn Dragon

I'm not interested playing random insane anymore, always set the races of the insane AI to rajor RD and minor Techno or CA, and you'll see the weakness of your cards being exploited.

Last time I lost to it with the ca/cc deck last page, because it dropped 4 Dark Rifts on its first turn which crippled my energy production, never able to play an overseer until it was too late. Still, I struggled with only bombers, p shield and guardians for almost 30 turns.

Better yet, design a deck that makes the insane AI almost unbeatable. Just don't include cards the AI can't use properly. Make this deck for Insane AI and see how unfair that is:

40 cards elemental energy

4x Shimmering Ghost
4x Techno Quasar
4x Mind Hack
4x Lesser Dark Demon
2x Greater Nebula Demon
2x Greater Grav Demon
4x Greater Techno Demon
4x Dark Rift
2x Dimensional Rift
4x Dimensional Sail
2x Elemental Spark

Oops I was missing 4x Lesser Techno Demon on the above deck, you should see it on the cards count.

yah I wondered which cards you'd missed nozo_ito

I really enjoyed playing with your CA/CC deck, though for me it was vulnerable to rush decks, especially when energy starved, not to mention your 'I-really-want-to-lose-now' deck for the computer above.

In a somewhat similar vein, I present the following deck I call 'Suppressor':

-30 cards - RD default energy -
3 x Spark
4 x Data Crystal
4 x Lesser Techno Demon
4 x Greater Techno Demon
4 x Nebular Rift
2 x Energy Rift
2 x Energy Burst
3 x Nebular Flux Driver
4 x Elemental Spark

As long as you don't spam the draw denial cards, ie try to play only 1 each turn, it runs pretty darn well.

I agree, pure decks are much easier to play than mixed ones, since you dont have to bother with multiple energies.
But good thing about mixed decks is tthat you can have more variety between units.
And I personally like to use 60 cad decks, since then its harder to run out of cards and you can have more better cards.
And those rift demons energy structures are pretty pwning imo

Abomination of the Mith'ri'aeil is on of the most powerful offensive cards in the game. It is also easily overlooked, as is done by many players. My card deck is centered around this card and is mainly a mix of the Mith'ri'aeil and the Caes'cix.

Cards:
3x prismatic crystal (XY)
4x shatterer (CC)
1x clone (CC)
4x energy leech (MT)
4x abomination (MT)
4x enslaved soldier (MT)
4x mutating vector (MT)
4x fusion monolith (MT)
1x armored growth (MT)
1x regrowth (MT)

Base energy:
Entropy

Energy leech and fusion monolith suck/generate entropy, which can be converted into fusion. It is crucial to build abominations as soon as possible. The shatterer (self destruct ship) is absorbed by abominations; quickly and permanently increasing its damage. The other ships serve as shields/attackers and are absorbed by the abominations just before they are destroyed. In this way, abominations with attacks above 40 are regularly attained at the end of the game.

Weaknesses of this deck are attacking energy suckers and direct ship destructing action cards. The attack accumulated in one abomination can be absorbed by another abomination. In this way, sparks can be dodged and the optimal, unhindered position for attacking the base can be used.
