Hey guys, I wanted to predict the NFL playoffs this year, so I'm gonna start my own thread and keep this going up until the Super Bowl. You are welcome to post your own picks here if you want, or just discuss the playoffs in general!
Wild Card Round (Jan 8-9): (I predict scores too, they're probably way off though. Just pay attention to my winner picks.)
I am a Jets fan. I would like to see Jets and Packers in the final. It will be interesting. My uncle is a Dallas Cowboys but I personally don't like Texas teams.
You've got to admit, the Packers are playing the best in the league. Its gonna be hard to stop him.By the way Tramron Williams(conerback/returner)is playing awesome.
Arcording to some guy on ESPN he thinks Rodgers will fall short and Cutler will move on.
If its Chris Berman disregard everything he says. I don't take him seriously because nearly every week he picked the Bills to win.
Tramron Williams(conerback/returner)is playing awesome.
Your right he is playing great. I wish the Jets has him, but Revis and Cromartie are good. With him on the team we would be unstoppable. The Packers will have to play GREAT defence and Special Teams because if they let Devon Hester get a big return, it will be up the the defense to defend a short field.
Devin Hester is probably the biggest reason the bears got this far. He gives the offense a very short field to work with. Fortunately our kicker is a good directional kicker.
Boomer doesn't show on ESPN except for Countdown. So it wouldn't be him. He doesn't pick seriously anyway, he's just a funny guy.
What about 2 minute drill.Or the home run derby. He's even an announcer sometimes. He does pick seriously though.Mdv Chris Berman picked the Jets so I guess you think their gonna lose.
Packers>Bears - Rodgers is a beast, Clay Matthews is one of the best pass rushers in the game, and Tramon Williams and Charles Woodson are crazy good. Also they have better receivers
Steelers>Jets - Roethlisberger is better than Sanchez, Steelers have James Harrison, James Farrior, and Troy Polamalu on defense, which stops the run and the passing game at the same time. Cromartie is going to cover Mike Wallace, and Cromartie can't tackle, so the Jets will get burned today. I think the Jets have a better rushing attack, but Mendenhall is like a linebacker as a running back. So that's it. No super bowl for the Jets
