(Suggestion) It will be nice if there's a multiplayer online!! And it will be nice if there's a login saved data so I can play any computer with my saved game! Like in Corporation Inc!

its not a glitch- its a typo... in the custom game mode, under data capture, the word using is misspelled.

When I try the user lvls, they say that the data cannot be retrieved. I have tried it a few times, and it never worked...

It's just a bug that happens sometimes. Try exiting and re-entering the game. Also try going into user made levels then exiting, seems to help for me.
