"So these storms are moving down the coast, have you noticed anything else unusual around here."

Blacksmith:

Mayor:
"Well, that Druid came to town about the same time these storms started in McKinley, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence..."

Popo goes to the Druid.

"Your probably right, that's too obvious. Well thank you for your help, I will try my best to get this resolved, and we'll negotiate a fee later." Heads to the merchant that sells trinkets, "come along (insert familiar name here) we have things to do."

You head over to the vendor, and you can see that even with people leaving town, he is turning quite a profit.

Merchant:
"*SHOUTING* CHARMS, WARDS, AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR PROTECTION IN ANY GIVEN SITUATION! WHETHER IT'S THE WEATHER OR WHETHER YOU'RE TRAVELING FAR AWAY, THESE ARE GUARANTEED TO ENSURE A SAFE JOURNEY! HURRY, HURRY, HURRY, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! *looks at the vargouille* Good heavens, what is that ugly thing, oh and there's some kind of floating head with bat-wings too. Yes sir, what can I help you with?"

Druid:
"I am known as Lorethel, and how may I help you, Dwarf!? *he says with disgust* "

DH, do you mind if I get rid of the Skill Focus Gather Info feat even though it's a prereq for the Justiciar prestige class? I want to replace it with Improved Critical.

Merchant:

Yes sir, these are the real McCoy, and for the ridiculously low price of 50 gp, one of these little babies can be yours too! *he sounds quite convincing*

Lorethel:
"And why should I even bother wasting my time with one of YOUR kind, hmm?"

"What exactly do they do."

"Our kinds are allied in the quest to slaughter the *******s of Gruumsh."

Sorry Hyper, but the only way you're gonna get Improved Critical is if you take a flaw. It will have to be a defining trait of your character, and you must role-play it accordingly.
