Ril actually makes the Grapple check and moves 7.5 feet towards the guards (including exhaustion effects).

Did you all follow him out whne he ran away? He moved 15 feet, though he did still have the blades around him.

Err no, it effects a 20 ft radius circle. And I was referirng to when he dashed away from Demetrius originally.
