For the record, de Leon's short and of average physical build. He has one of those faces, that kind that always looks familiar. He's handsome, but in a friendly, jovial sort of way. He has a tan and an easy smile, and looks so trustworthy that it doesn't quite feel right, kinda like a politician. You get the idea. He has short slick black hair that's carefully combed to the side, and dark green eyes.
