I've seen several ones of the same kind. Such as two people drinking tea outside looks like a skull. Those are the nifty ones to me.

Darkfire, is this just a picture of coffee beans? Because it would be really funny if everyone sat forever trying to find a man when there is none.

I've seen that particular one many times. It only took me a glance at the picture to see the man.

oh, and with the horses, i saw 4, and a few random legs sticking out of nowhere :O

I saw four and a half horse. Or, well, four horses, and what seemed to be a floating horse head.

And I'm surprised no one has mentioned the classic neverending stairs.

The first is a hand, and the second is a young woman, an old man and an old woman.

Now fix your eyes on the picture for 10 seconds and see jesus!

I've done that many times.
I just stare at the picture for a minute close my eyes then open them and look at the wall then you see the man.
(Apologies if this next image is large)

Take your eyes slightly away from the picture and then it'll begin to have some motion to it.

Matrix, that image was crazy. I had to check if it was a GIF because I almost didn't believe what I saw. When you focus on the center for a while, it'll almost stop moving, then you take your eyes of it, and it goes crazy.

Infinity edge pool

The one edge of the pool looks like it is extending for infinity or vanishing. Thought I'd share it because I had never heard of them before and I got to this Wikipedia page by initially looking up optical illusion.

Wtf, that last one (painted street) must be crazy to walk on, possibly even more when you're drunk XD

Those streets look very unique. I would like to visit that place one day and walk on those streets!
The batman & robin one above that looks nice as well. The diver one.. I don't like so much. If somebody were to actually fall for that they would get seriously injured.

If you stand at the exact place the pic was taken, you'd have the wished for effect. Of course walking on it would ruin the perspective. Still, would be cool.
