The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D

In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:

- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists)
- Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions.
- Comment why this song is special in that moment.
- Bring some information to show us what is this about.

If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.

Whenever somebody mention a well known band or song is missing like 90% of other good tunes. So help us to spread the music, cause we all love it and is everywhere.

*********************************

For example:

Shonen Knife - top of the world

If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .

This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.

Rammstein - keine lust

Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.

The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.

*********************************

Thanks and cya around...

For some odd reason I've been in the mood for mellow stuff lately. This is one of my favorite songs to listen to when I'm a more relaxed mood:
Existentialism on Prom Night - Straylight Run

Here is Lovesick by Emily Osment. I think it is quite good. It sort of reminds me of Lady Gaga a bit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fW_Q4WGN9fY

Since my last link didn't work, this one should:
Linkin Park - Waiting For The End

Matrix linked to a LP song, so I will too.

I don;t like LP's new stuff as much as their old, but I like this one.

Jessie J - Price Tag. It is a good song but the best tune has to be Written in the Stars and Bruno Mars - Grenade

Warren Zevon - Excitable Boy
First time I have hear it, really great song. He is a music genius, the lyrics are quite dark; yet the song is somewhat cheerful. Also the guitar player is quite impressive.
