It's finally here!

I'm loving it so far. The map is much better than the previous games, and I love all the new battle options.

Oops... think i broke the game... summoned a wave with 36 G20 gems, 5000 enemies with 333quadrillion health, putting G23 gems in shrines and it doesn't seem to be working properly. The health drain effect is outright killing very small numbers of them but isn't actually doing anything to most of them and the game is running at a completely crippled FPS even while paused.

Actually Gremlion, that suggestion was a good one, thanks for the idea. I'll do a few battles like that on G8 every now and again to speed me on the way.

LOL, Gremlion, I recorded a script with Mouse Recorder as you suggested. I was going to run it multiple times automatically. But after the second run, the amulet dropped although I was nearly 100 battles short of 500.

So now I am the proud owner of a complete set of GCL amulets. Yay, my life is complete. :P

Evilsod, ouch, that sounds nasty. I hope your machine recovers.

Turned out just G18+ gems were broken. Threw down about 7 G17s at 94% health drain each and brought them down, luckily they didn't have much armour. Then later on using G1 gems to max out the health of enemies while keeping number low i summoned a wave of 500 with 1.5 billion armour... after realising taht armour tearing was just a waste of time i drained them to 1hp and poison them.

Final setup was 1 G31 Chain/Multi, 2 G30 Chain/Mana, 1 G30 Chain/Armour and 1 G30 Chain/Armour/Shock, all with 8 G23s in amplifiers. (with 550mil + mana i could duplicate them >&lt. Even waves with 3quadrillion health didn't survive for long and shock could hit 1200+ enemies and keep them all stunned for over 2 hours...

hey, can someone explain one feature of the newest update for me? it says there's an auto-extend of the mana pool, and I assumed it meant whenever you get enough mana to use the extend mana pool button, it would be done automatically. however it does not seem to work for me. anyone else having the same problem? or am i using it wrong?

It might only activate when your mana pool is completely full...I haven't actually tried to use it yet, though.

you are correct. just sat and waited for mana pool to fill and it automatically extended. mystery solved. thanks.

Indeed. I finished my Endurance with a multiplier of almost 5000 giving me over 560mil mana compared to before the update where i reached 8mil and got bored of expanding it.

I could've got higher but having 2 G30 gems in traps gaining billions of mana per attack through over 2600 hits started to cause massive fps problems.

Awesome is the word for it all right. It has definitely tipped the scales toward Labyrinth blowing Gemcraft0 out for the water for me and I don't even have the premium.

Speaking of which I'm glad I'm not seeing so many complaints now about having to pay for all the features. While I don't have paypal or a credit card for the premium without a doubt this game is worth 5 bucks. There's no other flash game that has even come close in the replay value for me. Just a fantastic game.

i'm currently exploring the new heights the auto-extend can take the gems(and the summon multiplier) to. the auto extend allows for multiple mana pool extensions per frame, as opposed to one per before. currently i am the 4th crafting field, wave 41. i have two g34 o/L gems(teh farm) and two g31 y/l(killgems) the mana pool is 14bil. the mana pool extends about 100 times per frame. unfortunately, this combined with the hunderds of monsters in the field, makes for some severe lagging. i can guess that a grade 50 or more gem is going to be made this game xD it might take a week tho, even with the tab hidden, it still takes a good long time per wave.

Lol, i've done a grand total of 3 Endurance games... 1 with Giants Only and little else, 1 with everything but the 3 'enemies stronger' ones and 1 with everything but 'enemies get tougher faster'.

As odd as it may be you need a powerful CPU to handle this game sometimes. I think it might actually be faster (real time) to use G28 or G29 gems as trap gems. Once i took them to around G30 i started to get poor fps. Traps in particular seem to cause way more FPS lag than towers, though that could just be the number of chain hits is severely increased...
