ok, i think this is a good idea.
do you have really good bands and just want to share them with others?
great! post em here! please give a description and sample song to go with the bands so that we can know about them

and we can talk about bands that a good, bad, mediocre, or whatever! also, we can ask other their opinions of certain bands and songs.

i myself will come constantly to share ma favorite metal bands and to ask others opinions on them.

to start things off...

i need help finding a favorite song from bands that i really like (mainly thrash, power and heavy metal) ill just ask for one right now. will anyone who knows them please suggest some of their favorite Blind Guardian songs?

Death,
a truly underrated band (for the most part)
not to mention that u have a good chance of being hated on for likeing them.

Excalion - Arriving As The Dark
this song came up on my Pandora radio station a while back. it is a truly outrageous song. was great harmonies, the drums are more of a backing beat used to push the song as apposed to drive the song. the solo will destroy your face forever. thats just what i think at least =)

You guys may have heard of Killswitch Engage. I recently started listening to them because some of their songs showed up on my Trivium Pandora Station, and I downloaded one of their albums, and I love them now. They're very melodic, moreso than In Flames, and their vocals sound great whether they're clean or screaming. I recommend them to anyone who likes metal.

If you guys like Blind Guardian, try Darkwater. Listen to Where Stories End, great album.
Also, if you want to try something different, listen to Alestorm. One of the more unheard of genres (Pirate Metal), they're actually quite good.

Megadeth: everything on their rust in peace album except my creation. here is the song tornado of souls from the album. I love this song, but whether you like it or not is up to you.
