I figured out that playing video games the whole day isn't the best idea, the time pass but I don't get much by doing it. When Im going out I don't have much energy and I get tierd pretty fast, I would like to change that so I decided I will exercise every day and eat stuff that has lots of Vitamines and Iron in it.
I do/day -40 abs (not sure if "abs" is the real name of exercise) -20 push-ups -2 minutes of invisible chair
but I've just started and Im increasing the ammount every day
Do you have any Recommendations about the Excercise/Food
I am on the wrestling team and im in constant movement kevin. I weigh 195 and I am wrestling in the 215 weight division.
Haku, If you just want to be fit try eating healthy and running and do light weights and train your muscles, as kevin said don't do 100 pounds from the start.
If you want to do body building or something of that nature(Which im going to start this summer)/ then you need to do more research.

If you don't find exercising fun, just play a sport with some of your friends. In the summertime I play ball with my older brother.
I don't really like sports, maybe just athletics... and basketball which Im frequently playing with friends

Here's the best thing you can do: go get some friends, a bottle of vodka, red bull and maybe, if you like it, lots and lots of hash. You're guaranteed to have a blast. Just enjoy life bro.

I like it all, but I haven't really tryed the bouth in the same time
