I figured out that playing video games the whole day isn't the best idea, the time pass but I don't get much by doing it. When Im going out I don't have much energy and I get tierd pretty fast, I would like to change that so I decided I will exercise every day and eat stuff that has lots of Vitamines and Iron in it.

I do/day
-40 abs (not sure if "abs" is the real name of exercise)
-20 push-ups
-2 minutes of invisible chair

but I've just started and Im increasing the ammount every day

Do you have any Recommendations about the Excercise/Food

Try more cardio exercises rather than just strength workouts. The better your cardio, the longer you will be able to do any of these exercises (I think).

Carsdio and lung capacity excercise increases endurance, which is what you said you wanted, right? Go running and bike riding.

Cardio to increase your stamina.

Work out with weights to increase your strength or do aesthetic exercises such as; push-ups, sit-ups, squats, pull-ups.

For food I just recommend to eat meats so you get protein in, grains so you get energy/carbohydrates. Then fruits and Vegetables to regulate your diet.

Or just do some jumping jacks if you don't feel like going anywhere.

Beef is especially good because it's also a good source of iron.

If you go to a gym; to build muscle you need to do a few sets of workouts with a few heavy reps. To tone, a lot of light reps.

That's about all I have :P

Pushups - 8 reps - 2 sets
Pullups - Do as many as you can, hang there as long as possible
Dumbell rows - 8 reps - 1 set
Crunches - 8 reps - 2 sets
Bodyweight squats (probably "invisible chair&quot - 8 reps - 2 sets
Band pull aparts - 8 reps - 2 sets

Dumbell rows: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYcpY20QaE8

Band pull aparts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpy2RSXA8dU

Start with weights that are comfortable for you and don't strain you too much. When you start working out, you want to start small so you can get used to your routine. If you're not feeling any kind of burn, even after 8 reps of dumbell rows, up the weight a little bit. As you progress, increase the number of sets from 2 to 3, and 1 to 2. Working out is less than half of getting into good shape though, most of it is what you eat.

Make sure you stretch before AND after working out, no matter what. A walk or a slow jog will also work fine.

Do you eat protein after you eat? If you don't you should always eat lots of protein after you exercise.

I like running, Im running alot every day, also I'm riding a bike pretty commonly

Try more cardio exercises rather than just strength workouts. The better your cardio, the longer you will be able to do any of these exercises (I think).

Its my daily activity Im doing it so much that I don't even count it as an exercise

Another thing, I allways have a pain in my knees, whenever I crouch I hear something that I could describe as a "crack" sound in my knees, I'll look around the internet what is the problem, or parhaps some of you knows?

1. What do you weigh? If you would not like to tell me, body structure?

2. Do you have any type of weights? Gym membership?

3.How long has it been since you worked out last time?

4. Do you drink plenty of water?

5.How long can you jog for?

6. How much of a dedicated person are you?

Haku, I noticed that you are taking a notice on foods with more iron and other vitamins, but you should really take a notice on foods that have carbohydrates, High-density cholesterol, and, most importantly, Vitamin B12. Carbohydrates and the HDLs are what gives you energy and Vitamin B12 promotes DNA synthesis aka works to replenish your body's basic needs. Meat is what mainly has B12, but red meat has it most.

It goes without saying that you need plenty of exercise a day, but you shouldn't work out every day. You need an on-day and an off-day, a day to let your body rest and replenish itself. When you do work out, you have to make sure that you are getting enough potassium and B12, which I have said earlier. Potassium is heavily found in foods like raisins, grapes, and plums. Eat this, eat lots of meat, drink some milk for the calcium and vitamins, and you will be ready to work out. What you should also do is to allow your body to digest your food about 1-2 hours before working out. This way, what went into your body can be used to help you out with your exercises.

You don't have to exercise at all. Just eat the following:

- Tomatoes

- Milk or Soy Milk

- Lots of acai juice, but if you can't afford it, just drink orange juice.

- Peaches, canned would be best

- Tuna, but only twice a week

- Omelet

- Meats, and lots of it

- Take magnesium pills, iron pills, B12 vitamins, and calcium pills. The cost like ten dollars each one and they last a year if you take only one a day

- Drink five to eight glasses of water a day and limit yourself to one soda per week.

- Eats TONS of homecooked pasta. None of that pizza hut pasta.

If you want to exercise, eat all of the stuff I said to, but then do the following:

- Do ten pushups in one cycle. Not five pushups, then another five after you take a quick break. Ten pushups in on turn. Do this once a day.

- Do ten pullups once a day, or ten crunches once a day.

- Do ten squats once a day

- Lift an object that weights ten pounds once a day, until those ten pounds feel light. Then move on to twenty and so on.

- Also, just try walking from time to time. Stretching your legs can just be much better than doing exercising at all sometimes.

Do this for one year, and you will weigh about 180 pounds if you are 6'0. Remember, divide your weight by your height. 30 pounds for every foot. If you are 5', stay in the 150 to 180 range. The lowest you should weigh is 140. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so being 5'1 and weighing 160, is normal if you work out a lot.

Wow bro..

Peaches, canned would be best

Canned fruits are not the healthiest, fresh would be the best.

Tuna, but only twice a week

Tuna is a great source of protein without many carbs and fats. Eat it as
a light snack but do not exceed 2 a day. Remember it has salt.

Meats, and lots of it

Make sure its not garbage like hot dogs or hamburgers. Eat lean meat.

Take magnesium pills, iron pills, B12 vitamins, and calcium pills. The cost like ten dollars each one and they last a
year if you take only one a day

Do not take pills they waste your money. If you are going to take any pills have Fish oil.

Eats TONS of homecooked pasta. None of that pizza hut pasta

Pasta has ALOT of carbs, eat it the night before if the next day you plan on a serious workout.
Do not eat alot of it because if you don't burjn it then it gets stored as FAT.

Do ten pushups in one cycle. Not five pushups, then another five after you take a quick break. Ten pushups in on turn.
Do this once a day.

Try not to go for reps, listen to your muscles. Do them until you don't feel your muscle, then go above and beyond and do
a couple more if you can. Thats where you actually benefit.

Do ten pullups once a day, or ten crunches once a day.

You might not be able to do pull ups right from the start, have assistance by having someone hold your legs so you can
push off them. You might need more crunches for benefit. Do crunches until your abs feel lke a tight feeling.

Do ten squats once a day

If you don't have equipment just sit against a wall, try having a 90 degree or less angle with your legs and butt.

Lift an object that weights ten pounds once a day, until those ten pounds feel light. Then move on to twenty and so on.

Move up by 10%.. 10 pounds. Trust me.

You don't give very accurate information man.

1. What do you weigh? If you would not like to tell me, body structure?

Hmm, Its about 160-200 I don't really remember, my "libra" broke (I really have no Idea how to say it on english, libra or whatever xD)

2. Do you have any type of weights? Gym membership?

I have no gym membership
and no exercise devices, maybe just a weight

3.How long has it been since you worked out last time?

I've been working out but just little, but now Im doing the best I can (if you count sprint/running than every day)

4. Do you drink plenty of water?

I don't really remember when was the last time I drunk water, maybe a glass of water in few weeks. But not to get me wrong, I drink mineral water about 5-7 liters a week, I find it hard to change it

5.How long can you jog for?

Couple of minutes I guess, I don't really remember myself joging, or I run or I sprint

6. How much of a dedicated person are you?

It depends, some things Im doing for more than 3 years and still not thinking about stopping (like meditation, or lucid dreams exercise) but if something does not have any results in more than a month I could get tierd of it (which i doubt will happen in this case)

Answer those for me and I can help ya out as much as I can bro! Im going to add you also.
