PS3 definitely. It features as a blu ray dvd player also.

PS3, no doubt, its much more intense and is better for hardcore gamers, honestly, i think the wii is just too casual and there are very few decent games for it, whereas for the PS3, you have LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Bioshock, Far cry 2, Dead space, and GTA IV

ps3 all the way!!! wii is a waste of money! you play it for like a week and get bored of it.. besides.. only good game is COD

depends wii for family and occaisions ps3 for movies and entertainment.

Wii is fun with friends but honestly they really don't have that many good multiplayer games. I've played SSBM tons of times and I'm sick of it, as well as the other games I rented off blockbuster.

you cant compare them they are compliantly different gameplay

teh PS3 is a very good console but the wii presents the most interactive gameplay in the entire world!

PS3 because you have to be a certain distance to use the wii-mote and PS3 is better!

What does the quality of the system have to do with how far you have to be away from your TV screen?

Anyways I love the Wii's intuitive controls, however I like the PS3's SixAxis controllers and free online network.

if your looking for a good console PS3...DUH!!!!! but the wii is okay (i guess) for its price.
