Do you sleep with socks on or off?

A group of girls asked this and they were telling everyone it was gross, but some people said they do. They asked a couple teachers, and they had interesting and mixed responses.

I can sleep with or without socks on, even if it is 100 degrees outside. The thing is, I always end up with one sock on, though.

Sometimes I sleep with my socks off, but I'd say it is 50/50.

What do you think?

if i end up sleeping with my socks on my left one always comes off int he nightime. its weird its always the left one never the right one. strange right.

I hate sleeping with my socks on. I never wear socks without shoes. They just feel weird.

I only use socks if I'm wearing shoes, and I sure as heck don't wear shoes to bed.

Since most of my house's flooring is tiled, I use loafers to keep my feet warm when I walk there.

I never really knew wearing socks on would be significant. I do both, depending on how I'm feeling. By the way, I need to go and put some socks on right now.

Can't understand why it'd be disgusting or weird... though my feet rarely smell bad.

I never ever sleep with my socks on, it affects my dreams.


Now that's interesting.

I thought wearing socks would be trivial. Bunch of milksops.

I only wear fuzzy socks to sleep. Other than that , I don't normally even wear socks.

Wow, those socks are so comfortable and warm. They're even manlier than loafers!

I think the name of this thread should be changed to "General Sock Discussion". It would work much better that way.

I don't wear socks to sleep. I normally only wear boxers and a t-shirt when sleeping.

I used to have some fuzzy socks.. I use more blankets these days.

I normally only wear boxers and a t-shirt when sleeping.


I don't really care about what I wear to sleep, as long as it's comfortable.

I always have socks on my feet, no matter what or where. So yes, Socks on everywhere.


In the shower? O_o

I always just wear either comfy shorts or sweatpants to bed, and any ol' t-shirt.

This thread has already strayed far from the OP.

Yes, that is true. I wear socks in the shower.


Sarcastic or not? Because putting wet things in my hamper usually stinks everything else up.

Wet socks after you get out of a shower... Does that feel nice in any way? :P
